MP Manish Tewari Inaugurates Open Air Gym at 3BHK, Sector 63, Chandigarh

CHANDIGARH: Member of Parliament from Chandigarh and former Union Minister, Sh. Manish Tewari inaugurated an open-air gym at the main park of 3BHK in Sector 63. The gym has been set up using funds from his MPLAD (Member of Parliament Local Area Development) fund.

The open-air gym aims to provide residents with a facility to exercise in fresh and open surroundings, contributing to a healthier lifestyle. Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Tewari stated that this project, costing approximately Ôé╣5 lakhs, was undertaken in response to a long-standing demand of the local residents. He emphasized that people of all age groups will benefit from this facility and that a healthy individual forms the foundation of a healthy society. He also reassured that there is no shortage of funds for developmental projects.

Chandigarh Congress President H.S. Lucky, who was also present at the event, thanked Sh. Tewari and reiterated that holistic development of the city is the top priority for the Congress party. He appreciated the MP's consistent efforts in utilizing his MPLAD funds for the welfare of the people and expressed hope that such initiatives will continue in the future.

Paramjit Singh Benipal, President of the 3BHK Residents' Welfare Association, along with J.J. Singh and their colleagues, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the MP for fulfilling the community's demand.

Other prominent residents present on the occasion included Darshan Singh, Ravi Bhushan Sehgal, K.L. Malhotra, H.S. Chahar, Rampal, and Davinder Singh.
